The service

48h Icons designs one custom app icon per order, based on your brief. Icon Refresh is delivered within 48 hours of a complete brief, New Icon within 72 hours, and the 24-hour rush option within 24 hours. The clock pauses while an order waits on your reply to a question.

Revisions

Every order includes one round of revisions, requested from your order page within the shown window. Further rounds can be agreed separately by email.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from your order page any time before work starts for an automatic full refund. Once work has started, refunds are at our discretion — if we can't deliver something you're happy with, we'd rather refund you than leave it there.

Your rights to the icon

Once the order is paid and delivered, the icon and all delivered files are yours — full rights, any use, App Store included. We may show the finished icon in our public examples; tell us if you'd rather we didn't.

Your material

You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload with your brief, and that the icon you ask for doesn't infringe someone else's brand or work.

The small print
